- All rates are subject to Fuel Surcharge per current TATC formula (included in rate per mile)
- Maximum cargo liability $250,000 CDN subject to $2.00 CDN per pound based on actual weight of load. Shipments are accepted as Shippers Load, Count & Seal.
- The maximum weight per 53’ truckload not to exceed 44,000 lbs.
- Rates reflect transportation costs only. Any extra costs incurred (ie: bonds, wait time, government assigned fees, et al) will be billed as an additional charge.
- The loading and unloading free time is 1.5 hours per event. Chargeable time thereafter is $55.00 CDN per hour.
- Free time for customs / border clearance shall be one (1) hour. Upon arrival at international border whereby border clearance has been prearranged by either shipper, consignee or a third party, a delay due to such items as, but not limited to, improper documentation and broker callouts, by either shipper or delays related to Customs is chargeable at $55.00 CDN per hour.
- Loads requiring AG-Canada / USDA inspections are subject to a $75.00 stop charge at inspection. In the event that AG-Canada requires an off-site inspection at location other than the consignee’s original delivery location, an additional charge of $100 plus off-line mileage at a rate of $2.25 CDN per mile.
- Standard layover fee will be $200.00 CDN per night.
- Proposed rates will remain in effect for a period of one (1) year from date of initial transaction.
- Credit terms are 21 days from receipt of invoice.
- Proposal expires after 30 days from date of issuance if no movement.
